Select the add-on Kommacat Box Gift Packaging (With Gift Box & Gift Message Card, HKD45) from any one of the desired product pages and add to cart.

Step 3. LET US KNOW YOUR REQUIREMENTS (OPTIONAL)

Leave any requirements or inquiries in the remarks box during check out. We will follow up with you via WhatsApp. We offer free of charge gift delivery and gift message card writing service, please read the below FAQ section for more (the second question).

Step 4. ORDER CONFIRMATION & SHIPPING

After your webstore order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We will then help you to gift-wrap the ordered items all together (ALL items in the single order) and ship the gift box once it is ready. You will receive a shipping email notification afterwards and will be able to track your package using the tracking number provided (SF delivery only).

If I would like to include more than one desired item in my gift box, what should I do?

Please add all the desired items to cart, together with the add-on Gift Packaging (HKD45). You only have to add the packaging once, from any one of the desired product pages. If the box size allows, we will wrap all the items of your order using one gift box. If the box cannot fit all items, we will further contact you via Whatsapp for special arrangement.

 

Can I have my gift box directly delivered to the recipient?

Yes! We offer free of charge gift delivery and gift message card writing service. Please input the recipient's address directly as the delivery address and leave the gift message content in the Remarks box during webstore checkout. We will help our customers to write and prepare the gift message card accordingly. If you do not need any gift message content, please leave the remarks box blank.

 

Can I choose the color of my Kommcat Gift Packaging Box?

By default, the Creamy White box will be used for packaging. If you would like to opt for the Havana Brown box, please leave us a remark during check out.

 

How do I check if my gift box has been shipped?

Once your gift box has been handed over to the carrier for delivery, you will receive a shipment notification email. You may also login to your account to check the delivery status.

 

How long will it take before my gift box gets shipped?

Under normal circumstances, in-stock items will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Pre-order items will be shipped within 2-4 weeks.

Local orders within Hong Kong: 1-3 business days after shipment is arranged

How do I know if the desired products I want to include in my gift box are in-stock? Or are they pre-order items?

All products available on our webstore are in-stock by default and will be shipped within 1-3 business days. If the product is a pre-order item, there will be a "pre-order" indication in the respective product options or product name.

 

I ordered both pre-order and in-stock items for my gift box, when will it get shipped?

Your gift box will be shipped when all the items are back in-stock. If you wish to receive the in-stock items first, please split your purchase into two orders (which means delivery fee will be applied twice). If you have already submitted your order but wish to split shipment, please contact our customer service support.
